This contract is intended to establish the terms and conditions under which the provision of travel services organised by the Caminhos da História – Turismo Cultural, Lda, based in Rua do Lugar nº 39 A Ganados – 2305-321 Casais Tomar - PORTUGAL, NIPC 509 715 796, under the official records in the Turismo de Portugal: RNAVT 5109 e Tourist Entertainment Permit 14/ 2012. The company operates in the historical-cultural aspect, creating products that contribute to the valorization and dissemination of the cultural, tangible, and intangible heritage of the History of Portugal.

1. Privacy Policy

1.1. While using the site hosted at www.caminhosdahistoria.com with or information, data files, written text, graphics, links, other audio and sound files, photographs, videos and other images, features and services made available through the website, the user, whether as a participant or visitor, agrees to and accepts the terms of use and the privacy and data protection policy available under the Privacy Policy. This site is the property of Caminhos da História, Turismo Cultural, Lda.

1.2. According to Portuguese law - Protection of Personal Data - we inform you that the data provided on this site are public in the public scope and shareable with other third parties. 2. Tours and Packages

• The various excursions and programs are products of the Caminhos da História. They present themselves as day trips or multi-day trips accompanied by a fluent guide.

• Tours are done in different vehicles depending on the number of people: up to 4 pax in a passenger car, up to 8 pax in vans, between 8 and 14 pax in minibus. More than 15 pax on buses hired by the company.

• The purchase of a tour or trip (private or group) ensures the customer the transportation, guide service throughout the day and throughout the trip, entrance tickets to the monuments when mentioned, evidence of conventual sweets when mentioned, wine tastings when mentioned, accommodation and meals in quality hotels between 3 and 5 stars, insurance coverage in accordance with Portuguese law. Any extra not included in the tour will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Alguns monumentos encontram-se encerrados a determinados dias da semana. A empresa evita a realização desses mesmos tours criando exceções. No entanto, os monumentos poderão encerrar sem aviso prévio ou a feriados de Páscoa, 1 de Janeiro, 1 de Maio e 25 de Dezembro, pelo que não é garantida a entrada nos mesmos nestes dias.

3. Reservations and Payments

• To secure the booking of a multi-day package the agency requires a 50% deposit at the time of awarding the package. The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to arrival date.

• Se a reserva for feita apenas 21 dias ou menos do início da viagem, o preço total da viagem será pago no ato da reserva.

• A agência Caminhos da História reserva-se no direito de anular qualquer inscrição cujo pagamento não tenha sido efetuado nas condições acima mencionadas.

• Package price changes: The quote sent to customers has a validity period of 15 days. After this time, the price may undergo several changes according to the availability of hotel partners, transport partners, tour guides, and other services included in the packages.

• Os tours e circuitos privados vendidos pela empresa podem ser pagos de 4 formas:

o Bank Transfer: It is necessary to send the proof of the same.

o PayPal Online Payments: PayPal is an international service of reliable payments, solidity, and fast operations. Using this service is quite easy, just have a credit card, and enter the data of the same when you are sent an invoice. Additional transaction costs.

o ATM: the company issues the data for payment and sends it to the customer.

o Mb Way: the customer transfers the invoice amount to the following contact - the following contact - the 916298183.

4. VAT

• The prices mentioned already reflect value added tax (VAT) at the current rate. This fee is mandatory in the country where the organizing agency of the trip is located.

5. Cancelamentos, NO-SHOW e Alterações

• In case of cancellation, the total amount will be refunded if the agency is notified up to 15 days prior to arrival. After this period, only 15% will be returned to the customer.

• The customer may cancel their trip at any time, however, please note that the amount paid so far may not be returned partially or fully. (Check the return table- Point 9)

• In case of NO-SHOW (no-show on arrival date), the agency will not return the amount related to that customer's trip. Applies to hotels, restaurants, entrance tickets to monuments, etc.

• If the customer wishes, and is possible to the agency, it will be possible to change the dates of departures, hotels, room type, transport car, selected restaurants, and places to visit, at least 15 days in advance.

• The customer can also assign his registration, replacing himself with another person who fulfills all the conditions required for the trip, provided that he informs the agency at least 15 days in advance and that the different service providers included in the trip accept the subscription.

• Where there are reasons to justify this, the organizing agency may change the order of the routes, modify the departure times, or replace any of the hotels originally provided for by other hotels of similar category. If unexpected circumstances require you to suspend any travel, customers will be entitled to a refund of the sums paid.

6. Luggage (Not Applicable)

• A Agência é responsável pelos danos e perdas de bagagem até um montante máximo de 500 EUR por bagagem nos pacotes de vários dias (Transportes Terrestre) apenas quando as mesmas se encontrem dentro das bagageiras dos veículos. Considera-se bagageira do veículo o local físico na viatura apropriado para a guarda de bagagem, não visível do exterior.

• Quando as mesmas se encontrem dentro das unidades de alojamento, nessa situação as mesmas são da inteira responsabilidade do cliente, devendo este garantir a sua segurança.

• Em nenhuma circunstância a agência é responsável pela perda, extravio, roubo ou furto de objetos valiosos como oiro, pedras preciosas, prata e dinheiro, documentos pessoais, documentos de crédito, escrituras, manuscritos, projetos, obras de arte.

7. Insurance

• As required by the legislation in force, artigo 35º do DL nº 199/2012 de 24 de Agosto, the trips made by Caminhos da História, Lda are covered by liability insurance and also an extra personal accident insurance.

8. Documentation

• O cliente deverá possuir em estado atualizado a sua documentação pessoal (passaporte, autorização de menores, vacinas em dia, documentação relativamente a restrições alimentares, etc);

Under no circumstances is the agency responsible for the loss, theft, loss of the client's personal documents, such as passport, driver's license, identification documents, bank cards.

9. Refund policy

➢ De 30 dias a 7 dias antes – 25%

➢ Menos de 7 dias antes – Não há devolução

• Grupos ( Mais de 10 pessoas)

✓ Depende dos Termos & Condições dos hotéis e parceiros contratados.

10. Complaints

The customer reserves the right to make a complaint for the service provided or any other aspect that has gone against the quality of the service. Only complaints that are submitted in writing to the agency where the booking and settlement of the trip were made will be considered, no longer than 15 days after the end of the provision of the services. You can therefore make the written complaint to the company's headquarters:

Similarly, only complaints that have been reported to service providers (hotels, guides, local agents, etc.) will be accepted. during the trip or stay, requiring them to document the occurrence.
